If your teen has experienced any (or all) of the above, therapy may be a place for them to explore ways of coping with their struggles. Be it bullying or other forms of oppression, identity development, low self-esteem, or a traumatic event or relationship, I work with adolescents in a collaborative and engaged way in order to expand awareness and create skills for life’s obstacles and difficulties.
